Room had air conditioning and a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Loved the shower and TV setup. The location was nice, close to restaurants and just a short drive to our concert. Enjoyed a private vibe too.

Numerous vending machines malfunctioned, with one eating my money without returning any goods. I noticed no ice machines, and the coffee situation was dismal—no coffee in the lobby during the day and no coffee makers in rooms. The rooms felt poorly stocked, missing basic items such as dishes and an iron, which made the whole 'suite' concept feel lacking. Lack of front desk service after 10 PM left me feeling stranded and frustrated.
